Fertilization Program: The goal of this program is to ensure your turf is supplemented with fertilizer for every part of the growing season. We also treat weeds and provide insect control.
Fungicide Program: To supplement our fertilization program, your turf may require a fungicide program if it is prone to fungal infections like Brown Patch and Dollar Spot.
Curative Weed Control: Two times within the growing season, Sunset Lawns will come to tackle your broadleaf weed control needs to treat any broadleaf weeds that may appear. This is a great option for customers who don’t want fertilizer but are still looking for weed control.
Perimeter Pest Control: This generally prevents any of the creepy crawlers that you don’t want to get into your home – which includes ants, spiders, millipedes, centipedes, pillbugs, and more.
Drill Seeding: A seeding method for lawns that may have been damaged or destroyed the previous season.
Naturalized Aeration: An all-natural, top-of-the-line product called C20 that saves your turf from being torn up and is a great option for those with a sprinkler system or an invisible fence that they don’t want possibly damaged.
Mechanical Aeration/Overseeding: Mechanical aeration is always paired with overseeding to revitalize the lawn, but overseeding is sometimes offered alone – referred to as dormant seeding.
Dormant Seeding: Dormant seeding is performed near or after Thanksgiving, usually by drill seeding or mechanical aeration. This allows the seed to sit all winter until it comes up in the spring when the ground warms up. This process alleviates the need to water the seed until spring.
